Two counts you can run.

The score uses the ten questions on the framework page. The hours are the numbers you type. Neither one forecasts revenue.

Decision Cost score

Pick one workflow lane. Answer for that lane only. 0 = rarely or no. 1 = sometimes. 2 = often or yes. Total out of 20. This teaches the lens. It is not the audit.

1. The same type of approval or choice repeats daily or weekly with little new information.

2. Work frequently waits on a person even when the right answer is usually obvious.

3. People search across multiple tools before they can act.

4. Follow-ups depend on someone remembering rather than a system rule.

5. Priorities are re-decided from scratch instead of using a standing rubric.

6. Status is assembled manually, spreadsheet or Slack archaeology, to decide if things are okay.

7. Different people make inconsistent calls on similar cases.

8. Exceptions are handled by pinging the same human router.

9. AI or chat tools are already used ad hoc, but outputs still need the same human cleanup every time.

10. At least one recurring decision is annoying, frequent, low-stakes, and probably rule-based.

Hours off your week

Type the hours you spend. Tick a row when that work would leave your list. The result is hours times the rate you type. It is not a revenue forecast.
