CliniqFlow is not an EHR, and that is the point
CliniqFlow is an intake, documentation and practitioner-support layer that works around the visit. It deliberately doesn't replace the EHR, so clinics can adopt it without a migration project.
One of the first questions clinics ask is whether CliniqFlow replaces their EHR. It doesn't, by design.
What it is
An intake, documentation and practitioner-support workflow layer. It organises the work before and around the visit: structured intake, draft documentation and practitioner review.
Why not be an EHR
- Replacing an EHR is a long, risky project most clinics don't want.
- EHRs already handle records and billing. The gap is before and around the visit.
- A focused tool can be adopted in days, not quarters.
What this means for a clinic
Sign up, set up the workspace and start sending intake links. The records system stays where it is. If the workflow helps, it becomes the operating surface for pre-visit preparation.
The broader lesson
In healthcare, the products that get adopted fastest usually solve one painful gap around the existing system rather than asking clinics to start over.
