One queue for the front desk and the practitioner
Clinics lose time when the front desk and practitioners track patients in different places. CliniqFlow puts intake status, items ready for review and documentation progress in one queue both can see.
"Has she filled in the form?" "Is his note ready?" These questions get asked dozens of times a day in most clinics.
The problem
Status lives in inboxes, paper and memory. The front desk knows some of it, the practitioner knows some of it, and nobody sees the whole picture.
The single queue
CliniqFlow's dashboard shows every patient and encounter in one place: who completed intake, what is ready for review, and where the practitioner needs to step in.
What changes
- Fewer interruptions between front desk and practitioner.
- Patients who haven't completed intake are visible before they arrive, not after.
- Documentation doesn't fall through the gap between "seen" and "signed".
The principle
Every handoff in a clinic should be visible to both sides. If one person has to ask another for status, the system has a gap.
