Vande Wellness & VandeCart
Brand, websites, booking and e-commerce for a physician-led Ayurveda clinic group and its product store: consultations, 20+ bookable therapies and Panchakarma retreats in eight destinations across the US, Mexico and India, plus a store for Ayurvedic products shipping to US shoppers.
The problem
A clinic group selling consultations, therapies, retreats, memberships and courses can easily end up with a different website, booking route and message for each one. Visitors need to understand one brand and find the right thing to book, wherever they are.
My role
Marketing manager at Vande Wellness and marketing lead at VandeCart. Through Celeris, I led the brand direction, websites, booking flows and SEO across the group.
What we built
- Vande Wellness: one site for consultations, 20+ therapies and Panchakarma retreats in eight destinations, with booking built into the flow.
- VandeCart: a storefront for Ayurvedic medicines, oils, teas and therapy supplies from 6+ brands, with a product-request flow that turns customer demand into new inventory.
- Vande University: the education wing, with six certified courses in Ayurveda, nutrition, cosmetology and yoga teaching, live and self-paced.
Decisions behind it
- One group, separate jobs. Care, products and education each got their own site, so each has one job to do.
- Booking inside the page. Therapies and retreats are bookable online, not just "contact us".
- Let demand set inventory. VandeCart's product requests show what customers want before it is stocked.
Where it is now
All three sites are live: vandewellness.com, vandecart.com and vandeuniversity.com. The figures above describe what the sites offer; I'm not publishing traffic or sales numbers.
