Put booking inside the page: selling therapies and retreats online
On Vande Wellness, therapies and retreats are bookable directly on the page rather than through a "contact us" form. Every extra step between interest and a booked slot loses people.
"Contact us to book" sounds harmless. In practice it adds a message, a wait and a reply, and many interested people drop off before the slot is confirmed.
What we did
Vande Wellness puts booking into the flow of the page for its therapies and Panchakarma retreats. The visitor reads about the therapy and books in the same place.
Why it matters more in wellness
Wellness decisions are often emotional and time-sensitive. Someone reading about a detox retreat at night wants to act then, not wait for an email the next day.
What to watch after launch
- Where visitors leave the booking flow.
- Which therapies get viewed but rarely booked.
- How many bookings come with questions that the page should have answered.
Advice for clinics
If a patient can't book from the page that convinced them, you're paying for that persuasion and then losing it.
