One clinic group, three websites: separating care, products and education
Vande runs clinics and retreats, a product store and a school. Putting all of it on one site would have confused every visitor, so care, products and education each got their own site with one job.
A healthcare group that sells consultations, therapies, retreats, memberships, products and courses can easily end up with one website that tries to do everything and does none of it well.
The split
- Vande Wellness: consultations, 20+ therapies and Panchakarma retreats across eight destinations.
- VandeCart: Ayurvedic medicines, oils, teas and therapy supplies from 6+ brands.
- Vande University: six certified courses in Ayurveda, nutrition, cosmetology and yoga teaching.
Why separate sites
Each audience arrives with a different intent. Someone booking a retreat, someone reordering an oil and someone enrolling in a course need different navigation, different proof and a different next step.
Keeping it one brand
Separate sites still share one visual identity and voice, and link to each other where it helps the visitor, for example from a therapy to the products used in it.
The lesson
Structure your web presence around what visitors came to do, not around your org chart.
