Marketing a physician-led Ayurveda group across the US, Mexico and India
Vande Wellness offers retreats in eight destinations across the US, Mexico and India. Marketing across those markets means one brand promise with local proof, local booking details and messaging that respects how each audience sees Ayurveda.
An American considering Panchakarma and an Indian family looking for a trusted Ayurvedic clinic want different things, even when they book the same therapy.
One promise, different proof
The brand promise stays the same everywhere: physician-led, authentic Ayurvedic care. What changes is the proof each audience needs. Newcomers to Ayurveda need explanation and reassurance. Experienced audiences want detail and credentials.
Local details matter
Location, travel, dates, pricing and booking need to be right for each destination. Vague logistics lose more retreat bookings than weak copy does.
What I'd caution against
- Over-promising outcomes. Health claims need to be careful and honest in every market.
- Treating Ayurveda as exotic marketing colour. Audiences who care about it notice.
Takeaway
International healthcare marketing is mostly operations: accurate details, the right proof for each audience, and a booking path that works from anywhere.
