Keeping one brand consistent across clinics, retreats, a store and a school
Vande has clinics, retreats, an online store and a school. Keeping them one brand meant shared visual rules and voice, consistent claims, and clear links between the sites, while letting each site focus on its own job.
When a healthcare group grows into several businesses, the brand can quietly split into several brands. Visitors then trust each part less.
What stays the same everywhere
- Visual identity: colours, type, photography style.
- Voice: calm, authentic and physician-led.
- Claims: the same careful standard for health statements on every site.
What each site is allowed to change
Navigation, page structure and calls to action follow each site's job: booking care, buying products or enrolling in courses.
How the sites connect
Links between the sites help the visitor rather than cross-selling at every turn. For example, a therapy page can point to the products used in it, and a course can reference the clinical tradition behind it.
Why it matters
In healthcare, consistency signals reliability. A patient who sees the same standards on the clinic site, the store and the school is more likely to trust all three.
